A fashion show. An innovative, creative and exotic idea conceptualizing the unique properties between glass and silk. This was Jeremie's BFA thesis show. One part of the glass garment is either blown, fused or woven. The other part is different type of silks hand-dyed. This body of work took 13 months to construct. In April 2002 Jeremie was awarded the Rickert-Ziebold Trust Award, recognizing the concept, hard work and craftmanship for this body of art. |
